In this paper, a survey has been conducted in two industries and the data has been compiled and analyzed using the SmartPLS software through a series of tests to ascertain various results required to prove our hypotheses. We have also discussed how the three antecedents affect Knowledge Sharing and to what extent. Our conclusion entails insights on similarities and differences of our results with those of others and an overview of their results. Through the course of this project we aim to aid managers in decisions determining the selection of employees and provide a scope for future studies.
