Home Environment and Adjustment of Adolescent Students

Abstract

One of the chief concerns of research in education is the understanding of those social and psychological factors that influence the student’s personality. Home is the micro system of social environment. This system has great effect on the different aspects of personality. Home is the place where individual starts his life. The aim of the present investigation was to study the impact of home environment on adjustment of adolescent boys and girls. Findings revealed that adjustment of adolescents had significant association with home environment.
