Recall is described as the process of retrieving information from memory and is considered as considered as final step in the processing chain pertaining to memory. The encoding strategy may vary with respect to different stimulus. The current study was carried out with the aim of comparing the performance of neuro-typical participants for orthographic and picture stimulus. 25 participants in the age-range of 18-25 years were considered for the current study through convenient sampling. Two sub-sets of stimulus were presented under orthographic as well as picture recall (related and unrelated),. The results showed that there was no significant difference between orthographic and picture stimulus showing that the stimulus with same encoding strategy evoked no difference
