Abstract

Well-being is a dynamic and multifaceted concept, which includes subjective, social and psychological dimensions as well as health related behaviors. Students are the most valuable resources for a society. The well-being of today’s students will affect the future well-being of the society. The purpose of present study was to find out intergroup well-being between Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Social Sciences Students. The sample size was N=60(30 students from Arts faculty and 30 from Social science). Well-being scale by Prakash and Bhogle (1995) was used in the present study. Data were analyzed using t-test to find out the differences among the two groups of students. Results revealed that the students of the two faculties did not differ in their well-being.
