Abstract

The aim of the present investigation was to study influence of disruptive behavior on classroom achievement of elementary students. One hundred students (both male and female) of class VII selected on availability basis were administered disruptive behavior disorder rating scale and general classroom achievement test. Data were analyzed using t test and coefficient of correlation was also computed. Finding revealed that the boys and girls have moderate level of disruptive behavior. It indicates that there is a significant difference in the disruptive behavior of boys and girls at elementary students. No significant association was found between classroom disruptive behavior and achievement.
