Abstract

The present study summarizes the study conducted on 60 secondary school students taken from school of Sonipat district of Haryana. The purpose was comprision study of smart classroom and traditional classroom in relation to academic achievement of secondary school students in mathematics. Self made achievement test was administered for collecting data. The data were analyzed by mean, S.D and t test. The result indicates that there exists a significant difference in the effect of smart class room learning environment on academic achievement of secondary students in maths. The results show that the students taught through Smart class have better academic achievement than students taught through traditional method. This shows that the academic achievement of students is affected by the learning environment and use of technology.
